Fever, Loss Of Appetite, Nausea, Painful Stools. On Zenocine, Renolog Tablets. Treatment?

my daughter aged 16 years; she was administered Ibrufen few days back & she felt sick with fever & no food intake,with vomit sensation.after abdomine scan she dedetected binamial grade I parenchemal desease with createnine 2.1. After 6days of antibiotec injections discharged her and gave tablets zenocine 200mg for 7days along with renolog daily 3 tabs.Her createnine now at 0.8 . Present she is not able sleep at night.,so weak and complaining of abdomine pain after stools & weakness. Not at all intrest in food forcebly takes some qty of food. How long the renolog tab to be used & what are the side effets. She had very slight fever at night(98.8F). Her blood report shows esr 61,Sr. Alkaline phospatase 96IU/L;Limphocytes 46%. my email Id: YYYY@YYYY

Hello,

The symptoms of your daughter seem to be related to a gastrointestinal infection. I suggest continuing the medications given by the doctor. I suggest using Acetominphen for the fever.

I also recommend to eat a plain diet and drink a lot of liquids.
