Feeling Sick To Stomach, Light Headed, Face On Fire, Hands, Feet Swollen, Numbness In Head. Reason?

I felt sick to stomach for a few days thought it was the heat but I went to er and they think I have vertigo. Went to balance dr he says position vertigo does not match my complaints all the way and the test he done was mostly negative. I am still sick to stomach light headed. My face feels like its on fire. Feet and hands feel swollen. Off balance. Very fatigue. Chest feels like an elephant setting on it. Head hurts. Numbness in the back of my head. Can not think or concentrate like my entire body has to go slow even my mind I have to think of things now.

You need to complete the treatment for positional vertigo

If no improvement, consult a neurologist, do a CT Scan of brain, at least, because any brain lesion can give rise to all kind of symptoms that you are referring to

If no neurology problem, depression can also give rise to such issues, that one need to keep in mind
