What Causes Dizziness And Imbalance After CT Scan?

Hi I have RA OA and other conditions and treated correctly for condition I am 50 and i am 8st 3 and have suffered with RA for 11 years I have related problems that have occurred through my condition. I am being sorted but the reason i am asking is because i am seaing that many consultance that I would like your thorts . Over the last year I have the loss of both my parents and due to the stress of it I put my problem down to that , I now no that it is not the case I have been falling over but it has been a balance problem that has coursed me to cut my head open and had to have treatment during that treat ment I fainted and had an ct scan that showed I have a brain anurism 9mor just over ,in the front wright sereable artrie as u can imagine sent of to appropriate hospital for treatment was given MRI and went back they have said the would opparate I asked what was coursing my balance problem and it wasn t their field as nothing showed up on mri and haveing me checked out on my neck so op postponed for time being I understand but I would rather my Bain didn t have a time bom in it no mater what certistics say coming back my problem is if I stand still look up I am nt dissy I fall backwards and trying to conterballance I fall forward it is so bad as the day goes on I appear to others that I on druges or drunk I have my arms ready to balance all the time it is so annoying , is it possibly that it RA in neck or nerve their . Also my left side of my body is week through RA and I ve just had nerves tested on my hands and arms cos my fingers tingle and are num I have had my carpel tunnel sorted and nerve test all fine but my body is not I am in good health otherwise, I no it doesn t sound like. I am going to to have neck checked so they can go a head with brain pop and I do understand but while I wait on doctors it doesn t sort my falling problem . Thank you and I hope I ve given all information that can help me. Ps I do not have iron problem or vertigo they have been checked

Hi,

As stated by you, I think you should consult a spine surgeon who can look for any compression or deformity that is causing you imbalance on neck part. Also, it is good to get consulted by a vertigo specialist who can check you for vertigo, mostly as you said it seems as if it can be BPPV which needs some maneuver and vestibular rehabilitation exercises.
