hi my name is Mary, I have returned from a flight from America last Sunday when I woke on Monday my nose felt like it had been broken right across the bridge of my nose but its very swollen and a lot of pressure when I bend down I'm getting a bit concerned because I feel like its spreading to my eyes any idea what it might be

It could be having allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis..
You can take anti allergics like ceterizine for rhinitis and in case the eye problem is severe you have to use anti allergic eye drops also...
