Feeling Dizzy After Having Energy Drinks. Is This A Sign Of Caffeine Sensitivity? What Are The Treatments Required?
Every time I drink coffee or any energy drink with caffeine in it I get dizzy. Could this be a sign of caffeine sensitivity? Also, after working out or doing intense labor work, I my hands start shaking. I was told this is a sign that my electrolytes are low, so how can I treat that? I am 18, female and weigh 160 lbs.

yes you are allergic to something and when you are exposed to allergen you get dizziness and the reaction can decrease the elctrolytes to cause the hand shaking so it can be foo protein or pollen as your electrolytes decrease after working outside
