Fall On The Lower Back, Shoulders, Have Headache, Nausea And Neck Pain, Sleepiness Since. Severe Concussion?

I fell on black ice yesterday. The brunt of my fall i landed on my lower back, shoulders and slammed head on the ground. Ive had a headache , nausea and neck pain since. I was able to sleep but this morning i felt nauseas, started to dry heave and threw up. Now I am sleepy. Is it a severe concussion . Do i go to the ER or the doctor? My doctor s office isnt open for another hour

i think u should probably go to ER and have to make some scans to rule out u r cause for headaches,nauseas and sleepiness.

go for u r near by doctor for better treatment.
