First possibility is that it might be the muscular pain. Hot fomentation and local muscle relaxant ointment will provide the relief. Second cause can be the abdominal structures which push against the ribs and not the baby. Nothing can help you then. It will continue till delivery.

Hi,
Mostly you suffer from muscular pain and it could have been caused due to some pressure over your ribs.Then also you should not neglect this pain and consult your gynaecologist for further management.Also you can go for USG.You can take rhus tox 30 4 tabs 4 times in day for 2 days and report afterwards..
