Hello shubhag, greetings from healthcaremagic.com
i have gone through your case scenario and i believe you need to increase the dose of fibrates as per your body weight and restrict your diet as suggested by your doctor/ dietician . Also i need to know whether you have been ever diagnosed with any inborn error of lipid metabolism where patients do suffer from hypertriglyceridemia and lifestyle modication is the mainstay of treatment along with supporting medications . Please consult your doctor regarding this point. Since you have not mentioned i assume you live a very disciplined life with proper diet and adequate exercise and refrain yourself from smoking and drinking. Hope i have been able to clear your doubts. Take care
