Delayed Periods, Negative Pregnancy Tests, Have Cloudy Urine, Light Cramping, Sharp Breast Pains. Any Thoughts?

I m 35 and 13 days late for my period. I have taken 2 pregnacy tests. (Today and last weekend). Both were negative. It is highly unlikely that I can even be pregnant. Now I have clowdy urine . I have had some light cramping and some very mild sharp pains in my breasts. Any thoughts? I have been regular for over 2 years.

delayed periods could be just due to hormonal changes as the age increase n other factors like stress or sudden changes in weight could also affect periods. Get a thyroid test and a sonography done to rule out other causes of delayed periods.
Cloudy urine n cramping could be because of urinary infection,get a urine test done n start off with antibiotics after consulting your doc n drink a lots of water everyday which would help resolve your urinary symptoms faster.
Pricking pain in the breast could also be just due to hormonal changes if bothering you much then you can take vitamin supplement for that,otherwise nothing much to worry.
