Could I Have A Concussion If Having Dizziness, Pressure In Head, Painful To Touch After Hitting Head?

I hit my head last night and today i feel very slightly dizzy and like there's a bit of pressure in my head. Could I possibly have a concussion? The area I hit isn't raised and only hurts a little when I touch it and last night I wasn't dizzy or nauseous and my balance was fine. Am I just being paranoid today?

Hi,
The signs of a head injury can develop later. Therefore, these may be related to the injury. I suggest that if these symptoms persist, you go to the ER to get checked.
Regards,
Dr K A Pottinger.
