I am currently fighting a heroin habit of 20 bags a day, taking subutex has become a nightmare because i think 12 hours is still too soon and my body goes into bad post withdrawals. I found 4 10 mg methadone pills from last year i had never and still have never taken them. My question is how many pills do i take to make me feel comfortable enough for a full 24 hours and do i have to wait at all before ingesting, also how long after the pills can i take a subutex to start cutting myself down to where i am completely detoxed. Note, i have no knowledge on how methadone works.
