Constant Headache And Pain Near Temple Due To Hitting Head Against Door. No Help From Paracetmol, Ibuprofen. Serious?

Hi, my head was slammed in a door in an altercation. The sliding door hit the side of my head really hard around my temple. It's been 3 days and I still don't feel any better. I have a headache constantly in that area that doesn't go away with paracetamol or ibuprofen. It still feels like it just happened. I also feel very tired, that side of my face feels a bit strange, should I see a doctor?

Hi,
Thank you for positing your query.

The chances of anything serious with internal brain injury is less, however, as the symptoms are persisting, it may be better to undergo more evaluation.

You can see your doctor and get a CT scan of the head done to exclude any internal bleeding in the brain or a skull fracture.
I hope it helps. Please get back if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
