Hi Mohammad,

Thanks for the query.

It appears your father does have early signs of Alzheimers. This includes easy forgetting of recent events, forgetting how to do certain daily activities, etc.

He needs to be evaluated for tinnitus. It could be because of nerve weakness, infections, nerve damage etc. He needs an Audiometry test from his ENT Doctor.

Give him a diet with plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. This will provide good nutrition to strengthen his nerves.

Make sure he does not trip and fall because patients of Alzheimer's can fall easliy and get severe fractures and other severe injuries. Make sure he is comortable and d not let him out of your sight as his memory will not be good and he will forget most things you tell him to do.

Kindly get him a Psychiatry consult and Neurology consult for good medication to reduce his risk of falls and also for treating Alzheimers.

Wishing good health.

Regards,
