Child With Bleeding Nose And Bump On The Forehead After An Injury. Headache And Nausea. Concussion Chances?
My daughter was running, tripped, and hit the right side of her face on the door jamb. She got a bump on her forehead , a bruise on her cheek and a slightly bloody nose. We applied ice-packs for one hour. There is no dizziness or memory loss . She complained of a slight headache and slight nausea. Does she have a concussion?

If she hit her face and forehead on the door jamp then most probably there has been no major head injury as such.But you should observe for vomits,change in behaviour or convulsion in the next 24hrs. If any of these happen you should report to her docter for further management.
