Head Injury, Bleeding Nose, Slept For Long, Black Spot In Front Of Eye. Connected To Injury?

I fell down my stairs on Saturday morning and hit my head on the kitchen floor, i had a bleeding nose and my tooth went through my bottom lip. I think i had concussion as i was sick and slept for over 6 hours, i still feel sick and shakey now and very sleepy but this morning i had a black spot in the front of my right eye - i hit the left side of my head so i dont know if it is connected

You should take urgent medical advice for your overall situation . Black spot in front of eye is it moving or constant then it could be floater or field defect respectively. A complete neurological and Ophthalmological examination is required in your case.
