Child Had Head Injury. Soreness, Headache. Should I Be Worried?

My 8 year old son had a head injury at school. He hit the back of his head and i took him to Childrens hospital they kept us for 5 hours no CAT scan because he no memory lost or a black out spell. I m a little concerned because its only been 6 days and his head is still sore where he hit it and if he moves his head up and down he gets a mild headache . should i be worried and take him back to ER

Pediatrician 's  Response
Give him some Paracetamol for pain and headache.Look out for some local cuts or bruises in that area.Treat them first. If the problem still persists you need to go to the ER for further checkup.I hope he will get well soon.
