General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear customer,

You should immediately consult a cardiologist and have the check for the heart. The myocardial ischaemia or infarction may cause such symptoms in you and associated chest pain.

The EKG, 2d echo of heart and coronary angiography should be done to know any associated abnormality.

The other causes are pneumonia, pleurisy, costochondritis etc should also be checked for and investigated.

The treatment depends on the underlying cause.

Thank you

Hi,
Having chest pain or pressure many times seems to be trivial turns out to be due to some abnormality.
What is you age at present, and what kind of murmur in the heart as murmur may come in many heat valve condition or hole in the heart . Some time only anaemia may cause mumur ?
You need to check with a Physician.Go for a ECG and a Xray chest and if required a Echocardiography and TMT may be advised to know the cause of your pain and pressure.
A complete blood study of counts,Haemoglobin and Blood sugar and kidney test may be required.
Do you have high BP and are you a smoker are the question wich needs to be answered.
Go for medical Check up
