Chest Pain Or Acid Reflux, Please Help

The past two nights, I have had a pain and it feels like its in my heart. The first night I thought it was heart burn but I rarely get heartburn and since it happened a second night in a row, I no longer think it's that. The pain comes and goes and when it comes, I feel breathless but then it goes away and I feel much better. Should I be worried or is it acid reflux??

Hi.. Gastritis and heart burn can be a recurrent problem..There are chances of it recurring every day... Oral drugs, antacids, dietary modifications, reduced stress will help in controlling the problem.. Having said that, a cardiac cause cannot be completely neglected especially if your age is above 40 years and have other risk factors associated.. A cardiac evaluation may be necessary...
