Can I Use MTP Kit To Terminate Pregnancy For Second Time?

Hello Doctor, can i use the the MTP Kit to terminate my pregnancy for second time? I used it to terminate my previous pregnancy. I want to know if use it to terminate my current pregnancy will it affect my chances of getting pregnant? My current pregnancy is of 37 days..Please suggest..

Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
The MTP kit should be used after medical consultation.
A gynecologist should confirm and date the pregnancy apart from your own calculations.
Ectopic pregnancy should be ruled out.
Then the MTP kit can be used even for repeated abortions.
You should know the less than 1 % risks of haemorrhage, infection, retained products, failed abortion etc.
Repeated abortions put you at risk of tubal adhesions, uterine damage, cervical canal damage etc.
A regular contraceptive is more preferable.
