Arousal Without Ejaculation, Do Not Produce Pre-ejaculate, Occasionally Comes Out Without Urination. Reason?
Hi if I am aroused without ejaculating, i dont always produce pre ejaculate if I go to the toilet to urinate it may still come out on a few ocassions after, maybe 2 or 3 times of urinating may still produce the substance after, could the pre ejaculate from before still be being slowly released from the cowpers gland or being removed from what was being stored in the vesicles?
Hi sexual cycle consists of desire to have sex, arousal in the form of erection ,orgasm and resolution. Arousal is associated with secretions from cowper's and para urethral glands and is meant to lubricate the penis and vagina for smooth sex. The amount of secretions vary in different individuals and in the same individual at different time, depending on the desire level, and the degree of arousal. Here comes the important role of foreplay so if sometime, pre ejaculate is less, do not be bothered. Just focus on the pleasure, not on how much preejaculate you are producing Take Care Dr Saatiish Jhuntrraa Sexologist
