Any Suggestion For Nasal Passage Either Being Blocked Or Extremely Runny?

Hello

I am having trouble with my nasal passage either being totally blocked or extremely runny and also sneezing alot this seems to happen more at night I also have noticed quite yellow discharge when blowing my nose and a slight smell what can I do to improve my situation

Stop blowing the nose, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine'
1) Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day
2) Saline nasal spray
3) Tab. Loratidine with pseudoephedrine three times in day
