Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms can be a symptom of stomach disease like peptic ulcer, chronic stomach inflammation, Helicobacter Pylori infection or hiatus hernia.
Burping can be also caused by a condition caused aerophagia. This is simply an air swallowing due to loose dentures, chewing gum, drinking carbonated drinks, eating too fast, stress or even mental disorders.

As stomach diseases should be rued out at first I suggest you to visit gastroenterologist and have gastroscopy done. This test will allow to take a look at your stomach from inside. It will also give an answer if there is Helicobacter Pylori infection which can trigger your symptoms.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
