Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain heartburn occurs when there is excessive acid formation, also known as Hyperacidity and the acid refluxes to throat.

Boiled egg can be avoided and if needed egg white can be taken..

Certain foods that are seen to common cause hyperacidity are spicy and heavy meals, frizzy drinks, chocolates, onion and garlic, citrus foods and fruits, tea and coffee, alcohol etc..

Other causes can be excess intake of spices,alcoholism,Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome, side effects of medications, stress etc..

I would suggest yo to start taking Proton Pump Inhibitors like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole, antacids like Milk of Magnesia can be taken half an hour before meals..
You should take more of probiotics like Yoghurt in diet..
Drink plenty of water..
You should avoid large meals and take small frequent meals..
You should take walk after meals..
Sleep with head slightly raised as compared to feet.
You should do regular moderate workout..
Avoid stress..

If there is no improvement consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Endoscopy can help in diagnosis and treated accordingly..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
