Abdominal Pain, Back Pain, Headache, Nausea, Feels Tired, Pink Discharge

since sat i have been getting lower abdomen pain, and back pain , since then i have been getting headaches , nausea without throwing up, and really tired, and light headed.. my period ended last week and today i have a pink discharge it seem as long as i lay down or sit with out moving i dont have problems but as soon as i get up it all hits me

Hello,

The pain may be due to musculoskeletal problems because it is aggravated with movement.

Rest and analgesic may help.

if the pain is not subsiding then take X ray of lower back and consult an orthopedician.
