In view of your history, you should be suspecting early labor. As the priming of the cervix does not take much time in a multi-gravida like you, it is advisable that you report to your doctor as soon as possible in view of the fact that the baby is in breech presentation. With a proper assessment, assisted breech delivery can be performed if the baby is small. Please contact your specialist for proper management. Wish you safe delivery.
