3 Year Old With Recurring Cough And Fever. Can Ambrodil And Mox Redimis Be Given?

my daughter 3years old. she will get cough once in every 10days.mean while she will suffer from fever . we have given AMBRODIL-S SYRUP AND MOX REDIMIS of 5ml each 3times/day last week. after 3 days again she got fever and cough. for fever we given MEFTAL-P SYRUP, and for cough we given same as above pls give me some suggesations.

Recurring respiratory infection needs to be evaluated.it is not advisable to give antibiotic more frequently.
cold and cough could be manifestation of allergic problem for which she needs to be treated accordingly,a course of inhaler therapy can prove beneficial.
I advise you to consult your pediatrician.
Your baby will be fine.
