Brief Answer:
The list is small and simple to follow

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Hepatitis A transmits from person to person under unhygienic conditions and lacks personal hygiene.
Hepatitis B & C transmits through sex and blood and its products transfusion.

So one has to check these to prevent them
1) Clean drinking water - Boiled and cooled
2) Steaming hot food if taking outside home
3) Food prepared under hygienic conditions - so prefer to have home food.
4) Personal cleanliness by taking bath twice a day
5) Washing hands thoroughly with a soap after using toilet
6) Washing hands before taking food and drinking water
7) Avoid unprotected sex with unknown
8) No sex while you are drunk
9) Do not use illicit drugs
10) Do not donate blood without knowing the Hepatitis and HIV status
11) A Hepatitis B affected mother should take medication to prevent the transmission of virus to the growing foetus in the womb.

This should be the list to follow and know. Please educate everyone on this.
