Brief Answer:
Seems very less likely that the follicular maturation will occur this month

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through the details and understand your concerns.
1. One of the Graafian follicles in one of the ovaries, matures per cycle. It increases in size with the progression of the cycle and around the 14th day of the cycle reaches peak size of around 22-25 mm before it ruptures to release the ovum from within.
2. It does not seem that the follicles are it a stage of releasing ovum. Moreover, it is already 25th day and I would like to ask if your cycles are regular and if so, whether you have monthly cycles. If your cycles are regular and monthly, you are very less likely to be able to conceive in this cycle. In a subsequent cycle, gonadotropin injection can help in stimulating follicle maturation.
3. The follicle ruptures to release the egg or ovum. The ovum does not rupture. The rupture and release occurs 14 days prior to the next menstrual bleeding. I have doubts if there would be any follicular maturation in this month.
4. Just eat a healthy diet. No specific dietary recommendations in this regard.
5. Avoid junk food. Regular exercise and morning walk is essential. Take small but frequent meals. Get your thyroid profile checked if you have not done it already.

Hope that helps.

2.My periods irregular . Generally it is 32-45days cycle. Last time I didn't get my periods. So my doctor gave me duphastone to get periods.
Doctor prescribed me Clomid 50mg twice a day from 3-7 day of periods.
From 14th day onwards I am going for Folicular Study.
In case of irregular periods I will be able to conceive this cycle or not?

Brief Answer:
there is a possibility of conception in this cycle

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

Since the periods are irregular, there is still a possibility of conceiving in this cycle. But talk to your gynecologist if he thinks gonadotropin injection to be helpful.
