Brief Answer:
Thick endometrium

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I saw the ultrasound scan report.

They show a bulky uterus which could be age related and a thixk endometrium of 1.6 cms.

It is important to know why the endometrium is so thick which is the reason for irregular bleeding.

Hence she needs dilatation and curettage of endometrium. Then this needs to be sent for histopathology examination.

Histopathology examination will show the endometrial pathology with regard to type of bleeding and what needs to be done.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
