Brief Answer : GnRH antagonist injection if you

Detailed Answer:
Hi there, Dr. Purushottm Neurgaonkar here. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) As there are multiple follicles, it will be better to consult your treating doctor , as it may not be advisable to take injection HCG with too many follicles.

If at all you are planning to take injection HCG, I will suggest you to get Injection of GnRH antagonist, so that problems with maturation of multiple follicles will not be there.

I hope this answer helps you.
