What Does This Follicular Study Indicate?

Question: Hi.
I am having pcos.my doc advised Clomid this month and follicular study. My follicle size is 14mm from past two scan. Its 20th day now. Endometrial wall thickness is 9mm. Can I still ovulate. Should I wait and keep scanning.

My concern is can late ovulation lead to pregnancy ? Should I wait for ovulation. And go for more scans.
My cycle without medicine is 45-60 days. Or my doc have written Diana35 for 3months for pcod .. should I start with that.
