Brief Answer:
It might be hormonal imbalance

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, I got your information. I am sorry for your condition.

In my opinion, its known from your history that you have irregular cycles since November.
The gynaec tablet is used in cases of bleeding but sometimes until the cause of bleeding is not cleared there might be no response.

The irregular cycles might be due to:-
1) Hormonal imbalances like thyroid abnormalities or PCOD(polycystic ovarian disease). PCOD might not be the cause as scan din't show any PCOD.
2) Pelvic inflammatory disease(PID) - Here there might be irregular bleeding or spotting.
Enlarged uterus like bulky uterus might also be seen in PID. The other associated features in PID are offensive vaginal discharge, pain abdomen and pain during intercourse sometimes.

So, I suggest you to get an thyroid profile done to rule out any thyroid abnormalities and a course of oral contraception pills (OCP)might be useful to regularize the cycles.

You can take tab.Trapic 500mg twice or thrice a day for 5 days to decrease the bleeding. But if still recurs after stopping medicine then you might need progesterones or OCP to stop and regularize the bleeding.

I suggest you to discuss regarding these with your consulting doctor and proceed accordingly.

Hope this satisfies your query.

So, there are no chances of pregnancy? Is it?

Brief Answer:
There might be no chances of pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

I got your query. I understand your concern.

In my opinion, Ultrasound is confirmatory for the diagnosis of pregnancy. As there are no signs of pregnancy in ultrasound the chances of pregnancy might not be there in this cycle.

Once this irregularity of cycle gets corrected after ruling out the cause then the chances of pregnancy increase with apt treatment. Don't worry. Your age is 29 and there is every chance of pregnancy once the cause of infertility is ruled out and treated.

Continue taking folic acid. And get your hormonal evaluation done after discussing with your doctor. Don't feel stressed and anxiety. Because both can cause hormonal imbalance leading to irregular cycles and infertility.

Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to ask any more queries.
