What Does My Ultrasound Scan Test Report Indicate?

Question: I am reading my ultrasound info and it says....
Retroflexed uterus 8.8 cm
bladder supotimally distended but grossly unremarkable
then ....
uterus has 25mm endometrial stripe. within the fundal endometrium ther is a 2 by 1.5 by .8 hyperechoic with internal hypoechoic areas lesion without vascularity or calcifications.

Impression : 2cm hyperechoic fundal endometrium lesion with internal hypoechoic areas and without vasculatrity or calcifications..

I am freaking out! Why is my endomertial stipe so thick.. I am 34 years old, had 4 abortions ...is this the cause am I sick? What does this mean?

The thickened endometrium is the cause of the heavy bleeding that you are having. It can happen due to hormonal changes in the body or due to an endometrial pathology like polyp or malignancy.
