What Do These Semen Analysis, Thyroid Test And HSG Reports Indicate?

Question: Hi,
I am 28 years old and we have been trying to conceive for almost 4 years. We have done tests like :HSG,semen analysis, PCT, thyroid,Ovulation Monitoring,Laproscopy
The reports of all studies are normal. Egg ruptures naturally. Last year, my TSH level was 7.33 . After taking thyronorm 25mg, my TSH level is 2.03 now.
Currently I am put on fertyl 50 mg tablet, MCBM, Evion 600 tablets.
Could You please let me know why am I not able to conceive even after all the reports are normal. What do you suggest for me for getting pregnant?

You are suffering from unexplained infertility. Meaning infertility though all reports are normal.

In such scenario you need to go ahead with IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) where in your husband's semen is cleaned and inserted into your uterus during ovulation.

Since you have tried medicines it is better to go ahead with IUI as age is important and I don't want you to lose more time. It is better to go ahead with IUI.

There is hospital called XXXXXXX IVI fertility in XXXXXXX It's a good place to try. Find the location by Google.

Hi Doctor,

I did my TORCH test and got my reports yesterday. I got to know that 2 virus is positive.
CYTOMEGALO VIRUS IgG = 4.26
RUBELLA IgG = 3.78

Can this be a cause of infertility?
Please advice.

Hi,

Your IgG is positive indicating old infection. This is not current infection and hence not to worry. At present you dont have this infection.

This does not cause infertility and no need to worry about it.
