Brief Answer:
Needs workup

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand concern. Pain in back relieved by advil recurring on ledt side with nausea and normal CT MRI etc is likely musculoskeletal or gastric discomfort like gastritis. I would also want to rule out pancreas inflammation by getting amylase and lipase levels done.
hypothyroidism on its own can cause all the symptoms both musculoskeletal and gastric discomfort so i would like you to get thyroid levels checked too and see if you need dose readjustment.
Take some advil, rest for a while , drink plenty of fluids , maintain a posture , get a massage and see if it helps. Talk to your doctor and let them narrow the possible differentials of this pain.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Thanks for getting back to me can this all be from gas? I have major discomfort in my belly I can even hear it growling loud. I had an endoscopy last year took carafate but other than that all was fine. Just annoying feeling. How can i maje this better?

Brief Answer:
Yes possible.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

Gas or bloating of stomach is a sign and there is a problem underneath. Functional decline or decreased motility is common with thyroid hormone imbalance and gastritis as we said earlier. So supportive treatment and diet and lifestyle modification like an IBS patient will help the symptoms. With all your work up normal, IBS is the likely suspicion.

I hope it helps.

Brief Answer:
No worries

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getitng back to me

I can feel how distressing these rumbling sounds and borborygmi can be but the good news is that these are mostly these gastritis and gastric discomforts and hardly sinister. So no worries and do as directed and hope for the best.

No worries
