General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Neither gastroscopy or colonoscopy can not tell anything about small bowel condition. Such symptoms can be caused by partial bowels obstruction. It is more possible if you have had any abdominal surgery.
Chronic intestinal infection, pancreas inflammation should be also ruled out.
I suggest you to have abdominal CT with oral contrast (enteroclysis), stool culture test, pancreas test.
If all test will be negative, your diagnose may be IBS. In such case, you should try Mebeverine treatment.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
