Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description it appears to be a partially blocked eustachian tube exacerbated by the belching reflex associated with it.

The ear needs to be examined by your GP or an ENT specialist. GERD should also be addressed with PPIs in addition to the pathology in the eustachian tube. Antibiotics and decongestants +/- suction/aspiration/irrigation (for blocked tube with excess wax) would be required if an infected/ blocked tube is found on examination.

let me know if you have any query

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
