Brief Answer:
You can take the medications as you prefer

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

Welcome to HCM. I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

There is no problem in taking the medications - S numlo in morning and Racmor at bedtime. The palpitation and dizziness can be a side effect of S numlo. So it is preferable to change the medication if these symptoms started after this medications.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Brief Answer:
It wont affect kidney

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

Welcome back.

Don't worry. It wont affect the kidney. Already you are on a kidney protection antihypertensive - Racmor.

The betablocker will bring down your heart rate and BP. Only problem is that it may mask the symptoms of hypoglycaemia (low sugar) by decreasing the palpitation and sweating associated with hypoglycaemia.

Good health.
