Brief Answer:
Binge eating disorder

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Extreme hunger pain and eagerness to eat more followed by feeling of vomiting is suggestive of likely a binge eating disorder. I would like you to visit a psychotherapist, they will run some psych eval, do some cognitive behavioural therapy, interpersonal therapy and then give you some antidepressant and some supportive care. Just prefer fiber in diet and use more fluids preferably cold water to drink when ever you feel the urge to eat or drink, it will suppress the appetite and help the health.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Brief Answer:
IBS / gastritis , supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

Another possibility of persistent nausea before or after meal is of a gastric discomfort like gastritis or a functional bowel disorder like irritable bowel syndrome. If you see it from this point of view it may fit in the description of gastritis and IBS. For that a diet lifestyle adjustment helps . For example, eating small frequent meals, reducing dairy products , fatty products, spices, processed canned foods, snacks, cola, beverages, alcohol, beer , tea coffee all these are stimulants and these stimulant foods need to be avoided. Apart from it, prefer fibrous diet, fresh fruits and vegetables , drink plenty of fluids, take some pepto, for relief. Yogurt is best natural probiotic and peppermint is best natural antispasmodic and both these mixed together and taken with every meal can really help with the hunger pains and spasmodic contractions.

visit a gastroenterologist or a physician and let them have a look at your symptoms and clinically correlate it further.

I hope it helps.
