Brief Answer:
By racing are you referring to your heart?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

Are you referring to the heart in the above statement? If yes, then that's along the lines I am going to address this issue and if not, please let me know.

I will like to know if you are being treated for any possible heart condition like high blood pressure, abnormal heart beats, etc.

There are two possible explanations for this. It could be related to an abnormal heartbeat or it could be associated with anxiety disorders. Anxiety disorders are more likely in this case a it is associated with specific moments and activities. For precautionary reasons and also because of your age, I will like at least a baseline examination and an EKG to see if all is okay with the heart. If this returns good, then I will settle on anxiety disorders and we would be managing accordingly.

Anxiety disorders are best managed with behavioral techniques and drugs. When we get there, we would be more specific.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Brief Answer:
Please, describe what you mean to me!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your follow up information but it is not exactly clear to me. I will suggest that in very clear words you describe what you mean by jittery so that I can respond to the exact worry. I really need this to provide personalized and helpful information.

Thanks for understanding and look forward hearing from you!
