Brief Answer:
do a urine pregnancy test

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I can see your anxiety related to the issue but this delay in periods is due to duphaston intake.
Stop taking duphaston and you will get your periods in 3-7 days after stopping duphaston.
But before stopping it take a urine pregnancy test and see for results.
In case positive (keeping fingers crossed) then continue duphaston like before but if negative then stop the drug and wait for periods.
Chances of pregnancy in thus cycle are not very good as you are not having any symptoms but still hope is everything.
And from next cycle on you should start with follicular study via transvaginal ultrasound and ovulation induction via clomiphene citrate tablet.
Also I would like to know your reports if you have had certain tests so far.
You can contact me anytime on health care magic in case you need advice in future as I basically practice infertility.

Brief Answer:
progesterone needed

Detailed Answer:
Then it is just a matter of hormone imbalance and of course your anxiety.
As your pregnancy test is negative and it has been 12 days already you need to take progesterone for withdrawal of periods.
Take tablet norethisterone 5 mg thrice a day for 3 days and after stopping it you will get your periods in 3-7 days and then you can start next step in management.
But still I would also like to see all your reports related to infertility so far so you can attach them and send me along anytime you want to discuss the management.
All the best.

Brief Answer:
previous date is now of no use

Detailed Answer:
No dear, now the date of your expected periods (12 th April) has no significance because you took duphaston which is a progesterone and on leaving the drug periods will definitely ensue because of the withdrawal effect of progesterone which is necessary to keep the endometrium on its place.
So ever since you have not had your periods you need a higher dose of a different progesterone (norethisterone) to get periods.
So take the tablets as advised so as to plan our next step towards follicular study.

Brief Answer:
weight reduction and dieting

Detailed Answer:
PCOD is a tricky endocrine disorder which cannot be predicted and only managed and treated symptomatically.
Main precaution which is in patients' hands is weight reduction.
A BMI of less than 25 is very important a step in management so you can try a good gym trainer or a dietician in case you are overweight.
Also in general an active lifestyle will also help to reduce insulin resistance and thus improving the deranged endocrinological mileau of the body.
Try these simple measures and I'm sure you will feel a lot of difference and help in early conception too.
All the best.
