Question: Hello,
I have pain (worse with applied pressure) on the lower right side (my right side) of my abdomen, just to the inside of my hip bone. I do not have a fever but feel nauseous. I have some food allergies and was exposed within the last 12 hours; my stomach is bloated with minor pain (which will happen when i'm exposed) but I've never had the pain on the lower right side before. I have had a bowel movement this afternoon but could still be constipated.
THank you, XXXX

Brief Answer:
Ultrasound abdomen should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Pain in the right lower part of abdomen could be due to Appendicitis, Right sided Ureteric stone , Right sided twisted Ovarian twist.Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.
Please consult a General surgeon, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
As pain is associated with nausea,Appendicitis should be excluded first.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
