Brief Answer:
Spine issue can be the case.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Was there any blood in the urine analysis? I assume that you have had abdominal CT.
Your symptoms are either caused by a kidney stone invisible in the CT or spine disc issue.
As you have had urine analysis, I assume that it was clear. If so, spine issue seems to be the reason. It should give pain more intense when moving, less when resting. The pain can radiate to the leg. Naproxen should help with spine as well as hot bath.

I suggest you to consult orthopedist and consider having spine MRI.

Hope this helps.
Regards.

No blood in urine. Yes it was abdominal CT. The pain is no different when moving or resting..it is a constant aching pain..it has mostly moved from back to left of belly button and right below ribs now. Never had any back issues. Thanks for your help

Brief Answer:
Abdominal ultrasound should be done.

Detailed Answer:
If its under the ribs on the right side, gallstones can be the reason. Some gallstones are invisible for the CT, therefore abdominal ultrasound should be done.
