Question: I have gas pain in the back. If I drink water and I feel like urinating and delay it a little I feel gas in the back. Is it any potential problem. I dont have indigestion problem though. When I press on that area I can feel the gas coming out thorough my mouth.

Brief Answer:
The problem seems to be related to inadequate bowel movements

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through the details provided. What you mention seems to relate to reflux. The acid and gas in your stomach is probably making it up as what you mention as gas. This could happen when the peristaltic movement or the movement that propels food downward, is not inadeaqute, as a result of which the water you drink creates backpressure leading to reflux, something that you label as 'gas'.
You need to take fibre-rich food and stool softeners and make sure that you have regular and adequate bowel movement. You also need to regularly walk and exercise in order to regularise your bowel movments.
Hope that helps.

Thanks for the response.
This happens mostly when I work from office and sit for hours. Also recently I feel subtle burning sensation when I urinate. I am forced to get up in between sleep during night for urination. And it is mostly that I feel pressure in the bladder and back till I urinate. I am a little tensed if there is any problem with the excretory system (In particular Kidneys). Please let me know if I need medication or just exercise and fibrous food would solve the issue.

Brief Answer:
Lifestyle modification is required.

Thanks for writing back.
Stress aggravates gastric acid secretion. Hence, it is not unusual to get it during your office hours. Another trigger is long gap between meals which is often what you cannot avoid in the office. So, you will need to take something or the other while still at work.
I do not think that your problem is related to the excretory system but regular intake of plenty of water should take care of the matter. I do not think that you need any medication at this stage. Just keep taking a fibre rich diet along with adequate workout.

Thanks for the quick turnaround.

There is never a long gap between my meals intake. I have breakfast around 9 and lunch around 1 30 followed by snacks at 5 and dinner at 9 pm again. There is no stress at my workplace. I will try to intake more water and fibrous food for few days and get back to you if the problem persists.

Brief Answer:
Try to take something every two hours.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
Try to take some food every two hours.
Its good to hear that your workplace is stress free. It should perhaps be a dream for most people.
Anyway, fibre rich food is likely to be helpful.
Regular morning walk and exercise is essential.
