Brief Answer:
Tests

Detailed Answer:
I am sorry to learn about your complaints.

When I see someone like you I typically recommend them to go to the ER because sometimes there can be worrisome reasons for such symptoms.

That being said, it is prudent to check your blood glucose and blood pressure and pulse right now to make sure if they are not abnormal.

Low blood glucose can cause a variety of symptoms. Numbness and sweats are known to happen when blood glucose levels fall below normal.

I tend to order blood tests to investigate other potential causes like low calcium and electrolyte problems.

CBC
CMP
A1c
TSH
Free T4
Thyroid auto antibodies
Lipids
