Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.

Your prostate study is almost normal.Since there is no significant enlargement or focal lesions on USG,PSA assessment is actually not indicated(unless you have family history of prostate cancer). It is ordered only to convince you;nothing to worry in that, and PSA result can be expected to be normal.
As no significant post voidal residual urine was mentioned in USG,you need not worry about bladder emptying also;its getting emptied completely.

Drugs(prostate size reducing hormones or smooth muscle relaxants) are indicated only if you have actual difficulty in passing urine, with poor and thin stream.

Need not worry at all;just relax.
Wishing you good health,
Dr Muhammed Aslam.
