hi doctor my age 28 yrs i have mild prostatomegaly (29cms ) is it problem for me in life further pls suggest me what i have to do thank you

Thanks for query,
At this age prostate enlargement is not common.
Go for ultra sound and other investigations.
You might have some infection in prostate.
Consult urologist,
