Question: my TSH levels are normal (2.7).
But i am dealing with all the symptoms of hyperthyroidism.

I meant to say hypothyroidism...it auto corrected to hyper...
Please let me know what medicines i should take for hypothyroid ?
Also i am already on birth control pills (ginette 35) from 4 years for pcos.
Please suggest what can i do to stop balding..that is my cause of worry.

Okay I understand your concern.
Hypothyroidism diagnosis has to be made only when there is documented elevation of TSH( which is normal in your case) and low levels of T3 and T4. At this moment you don't need any treatment for your TSH.
The hair loss is related to PCOS directly.
Also correction of iron levels is also important.
Low ferritin can contribute to hair loss.
I advise you to take Minoxidil 2% hair solution for 3 months .
Additionally tab Conviron Forte 1 tab twice daily for 6 months is needed to correct iron reserves and promote hair quality and growth.
These drugs should be taken only after consulting your doctor.
Treatment for hypothyroidism is started based on lab values and not on symptoms alone,since many symptoms can overlap with iron deficiency anemia.

i have taken iron supplements in past as well, but they did not help me either.
I was on dexorange syrum and later switched to orofer xt.
Nothing of the above have worked for me. I was on multivitamins as well.
Regarding pcos, i recently had ultasound and the results say that i dont have pcos as of now.
I have also been on finpecia. It did not help me either.
That is why i doubt for thyroid issues as i have read in many literature that some people feel better when their thyroid is less than 2.
If i can start a low dose medication on same, i think i can benefit.

If T3 ,T4 are found to be low,then its wise to start tab thyroxine at low dose.
