Brief Answer:
Please have it chacked. It may be serious.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms can be caused by gallstones or acute pancreas inflammation. Both can be triggered by fatty foods and/or alcohol intake. You may have nausea, vomiting with it. Diarrhea can contain fat or undigested food parts.
If there is a blood in the stool or mucus, bacterial or viral infection can be the case as well. But back radiation is not a characteristic symptom for infection.

I suggest you to have it checked. Otherwise, consequences can be serious. Please consult your doctor, have abdominal ultrasound, liver tests (AST,ALT, GGTP,AP), bilirubin level, CBC, CRP, amylase, urine analysis, urine amylase.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
