Brief Answer:
probable yeast infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,

I have read your query with diligence.

In my opinion, this is not trichomonas, or Chlamydia, or Gonorrhoea. In view of the mild itch that you have, it seems like a probable yeast infection. You would benefit by using topical Lotrimin ointment twice daily for a week. Even better would be to take a single oral tablet of Fluconazole 150 mg after food. This will take care of the itch and yeast infection if any.

The problem of slightly red urethra, and discomfort after urination is due to moderately enlarged prostate, and due to the dribbling incontinence. It should go away soon.

Drink plenty of water orally and pass urine at frequent intervals to get rid of minor infections if any.

Hope this is clear to you. You need not worry much as this is not something serious.

I wish you quick recovery.

Take care!
